Insufficient output power of diesel generator
发布时间:2022-06-01

Cause of failure:
The fuel filter is blocked, resulting in poor fuel supply; The fuel oil pipeline leaks, and air seeps into the oil inlet pipe; The engine air filter is blocked, resulting in poor air intake; The fuel temperature is too high; Engine exhaust pressure is too high; The oil level of the engine oil is too high, causing resistance to the crankshaft, resulting in engine power loss; There may be air leakage between the rear end of the engine supercharger and the engine intake manifold, resulting in insufficient intake pressure;

Troubleshooting:
Check the fuel filter element. If there is blockage or a large amount of impurities, please replace the fuel filter; Check the fuel supply pipe. If there is leakage, deal with it to prevent air from entering the fuel supply pipe when the engine is running; Check the air filter element, clean it with compressed air or replace the element; Measure the fuel temperature. If the fuel temperature exceeds 50 ℃, please cool the fuel or add fuel to reduce its temperature; Check the engine exhaust pipe to ensure that the exhaust pipe is unblocked and that the exhaust pressure is less than 90mmHg; In the cold state or after shutdown for 5-10 minutes, check the oil level of the oil pan through the oil dipstick. If the oil level has exceeded the "H" position, please drain the excess oil and keep the level between the "L" and "H" positions close to the "H" position; In the running state, check the air pipe between the rear end of the supercharger and the intake manifold with the help of necessary tools (pay attention to prevent scalding caused by high-temperature and high-pressure gas), and fasten the parts with air leakage;
